The contract for using Blueprint to Aesthetics: who you are buying from, what your training and nutrition plans are (assigned calorie/macro/portion targets are the nutrition plan; listed foods are optional examples), payment, and the limits of our responsibility.
Effective September 1, 2026 · Version 2026-09-01
Blueprint to Aesthetics is an unincorporated business operated by Trip Rung and Chris McWhorter (together, "BTA," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service are a binding contract between you and Trip Rung and Chris McWhorter, doing business as Blueprint to Aesthetics.
Coaches who appear on the site (including Heidi Miller and any future coaches) are independent contractors, not employees of BTA. Naming a coach does not make them a partner or owner of BTA.
Questions: tripfrombta@gmail.com.
BTA provides online physique coaching: a custom training split, nutrition guidance, a client portal, and (on Complete Physique Coaching) check-ins, messaging, and ongoing adjustments.
This is fitness coaching and education. It is not medical care, physical therapy, personal training in a supervised gym, dietetics, medical nutrition therapy, psychology, or any licensed healthcare service. Nothing on the site, in your portal, or in a coach message is a medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or meal you are required to eat.
Your assigned coach reviews and approves your program before you see it. Programs may be prepared using software tools. You are still responsible for how you train, what you eat, and how you recover.
Your nutrition plan is the daily calorie, macro, or portion-based targets your assigned coach publishes, plus general coaching tips. That is the plan. Hitting those targets over time is the coaching deliverable. We are not registered dietitians and this is not a prescribed medical diet.
Any list of foods, sample meals, meal structure, grocery ideas, recipes, or swaps is an optional example only. It is not a prescribed diet, not a required menu, and not medical nutrition therapy. You choose the actual foods you eat, buy, cook, and order.
You may replace any example food with something else that fits your targets, preferences, budget, and culture, as long as you avoid allergens and medical restrictions you disclosed. Check your own labels. If an example conflicts with an allergy you listed, do not eat it and tell your coach.
BTA and your coach do not cook, serve, inspect, manufacture, or control your food. We are not responsible for food-borne illness, allergic reaction, digestive upset, nutrient deficiency, contaminated supplements, restaurant meals, grocery products, or any other outcome from foods or supplements you choose to eat or use.
If protein powder, creatine, or other supplements are mentioned, they are optional suggestions only. You decide whether to use them, which brand to buy, and how they interact with your health. We do not sell, test, or guarantee supplements.
Your training plan is a suggested split and exercise list for your goal, schedule, equipment, and the injuries you disclosed. Listed weights, reps, and rest times are starting suggestions. You control warm-up, load, form, rest, and whether a movement is safe for you that day.
If an exercise hurts, skip it or swap it. Stop for sharp pain, chest pain, fainting, trouble breathing, extreme dizziness, or severe weakness, and get medical help. Do not ask your coach to diagnose an injury, prescribe treatment, or act as a physical therapist.
You train in your own gym, home, or other location. We cannot spot you, supervise your form, or control that environment. You are responsible for gym memberships, equipment condition, and third-party facility rules. Injury from faulty equipment, crowded gyms, or other people is outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, apply, or buy coaching. If you are under 18, do not use this service.
You must provide accurate information on your application, including injuries, limitations, allergies, and medical conditions that could affect training or nutrition. If that information changes, tell your coach.
Starter Blueprint is $39 one-time. Complete Physique Coaching is $99 per month. Prices are shown before you submit an application and again before you pay.
Starter: no refunds. You receive a custom plan after purchase; all Starter sales are final.
Complete: you may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing only. Any period already paid for — including one billed immediately before cancellation — is non-refundable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks initiated by your card issuer are handled separately from a refund we grant.
Warm up. Use equipment you can control. Learn the movement before adding load. Stop if you feel sharp pain, chest pain, fainting, trouble breathing, extreme dizziness, or severe weakness, and seek urgent medical help when those symptoms appear.
You train in your own gym, home, or other location. We cannot supervise your form, spot you, or control that environment.
Follow allergy and medical restrictions you disclosed. Treat assigned calorie, macro, or portion targets as the nutrition plan. Treat food lists as optional examples. Do not treat any of it as medical nutrition therapy or as a required menu. Do not treat listed exercises as mandatory if they cause pain.
Do not use the service to seek advice about steroids, SARMs, or other performance-enhancing drugs. We do not provide that.
Strength training, conditioning, and changing how you eat carry a real risk of injury, illness, or death — including muscle strains, joint injuries, falls, dropped weights, rhabdomyolysis, heat illness, allergic reaction, food-borne illness, digestive problems, and cardiac events. You assume those risks. The Liability Waiver is part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release Trip Rung and Chris McWhorter, Blueprint to Aesthetics, our coaches, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the service — including injury from an exercise, nutrition guidance, example meals, foods or supplements you choose to use, equipment, a third-party gym, or your training environment — except claims that the law does not allow you to waive.
If we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid BTA in the 12 months before the claim, except where a limit is not allowed.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages, except where that disclaimer is not allowed.
You will defend and indemnify BTA, the operators named above, and your assigned coach against claims that arise from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate intake information, or your training or nutrition practices outside the portal.
Keep your login to yourself. We may suspend an account that is abused or that we reasonably believe is used by someone under 18.
Progress photos and intake answers are used to deliver coaching. We do not use your photos in public marketing unless you separately agree in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in Georgia are the exclusive venue for disputes, except where a different venue is required by law.
If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these Terms; the version and date on this page control. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the new version. Material changes that affect paying clients will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
These pages are a contract and waiver, not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer. They do not create an LLC or other limited-liability entity.
